Episode55-National sports are coming back and so are fall kids sports!

July 30th, 2020

National sports are making their way back on to TV! How exciting right?  Well we want our kids to get back out there too! We all want what is best for our kids. Maintaining a balance between safety and good mental and physical health can be challenging. Young athletes miss being out on the field, miss the competition and certainly miss socializing with their teammates.
This week talked with Autumn Moricz about getting our kids back out there. She is with National Flag Football and they are making the health and safety of the athletes, staff, and volunteers its’ highest priority. Check out their return to play protocol here:
You can register your child today for a one day a week sports program for boys & girls ages 4–14. Flag Football is a great way to learn football fundamentals without the worry of contact or heavy equipment. Practices are held the same day as games with just a two hour commitment on that day. No tryouts or drafts. 7-week season with games played either on Saturdays or Sundays ONLY. Volunteer coaches are screened and trained. Registration includes NFL team jersey & flag belt for players to keep. Fall Season begins in September 13th in most locations.
